Where Do You Ship?

ClassyGold Jewels ships both locally and internationally.

For international shipments, please note that products may not comply with all standards, specifications, or labeling requirements of the destination country or region. Customers are responsible for ensuring that items can be legally imported into their destination.

We currently ship to selected countries and regions worldwide, including but not limited to Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us prior to placing an order.


Restricted Delivery Areas (Singapore)

We offer islandwide delivery within Singapore, excluding the following restricted locations:

  • Army camps and military zones
  • Hotels
  • Restricted-access airport areas
  • Offshore islands and industrial zones, including but not limited to Jurong Island, Pulau Tekong, Pulau Ubin, and similar restricted regions

Delivery availability is subject to accessibility and security regulations.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is complimentary on all orders.

All ClassyGold Jewels orders are carefully packaged and fully insured during transit.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import charges imposed by their local authorities. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following delivery options:

1. Free Standard Shipping

  • Delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch (excluding peak or festive seasons)
  • Signature required upon delivery
  • Tracking details available upon request

2. Free In-Store Collection

  • Available for customers who prefer to collect their purchase in person
  • Please select your preferred showroom location at checkout
  • Our team will contact you once your item is ready for collection

Loose gemstones or diamonds are shipped immediately after passing quality inspection. Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are displayed on each product page, your account dashboard, and order confirmation email.


Are Shipments Secure?

Yes. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.
To ensure the highest level of security, ClassyGold Jewels:

  1. Insures all items for their full value
  2. Uses only trusted and reputable courier partners
  3. Delivers only to physical residential or business addresses
  4. Does not ship to PO Box addresses
  5. Requires signature confirmation for every delivery

How Do I Track My Order?

You can view your order status and tracking information through your account dashboard and order confirmation email.

Please note that orders are shipped only after passing our quality inspection. Once dispatched, deliveries will arrive within the estimated timeframe provided.


What If My Jewellery Is Lost During Shipment?

Every order is fully insured while in transit. In the rare event of a shipment issue, our team will work closely with the courier to resolve the matter and ensure you are taken care of.


I Haven’t Received My Order. What Should I Do?

Your estimated delivery date can be found in your order confirmation email and account dashboard.
If the delivery date has passed and there are no known courier delays, please reach out to our customer care team so we may assist you further.


International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally.

  • Orders of higher value are shipped via priority international couriers such as FedEx or DHL
  • Lower-value orders may be shipped via economy international services

International transit times typically range from 2–5 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.


Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipping is complimentary.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country will be collected directly by the courier upon arrival. These charges are not controlled by ClassyGold Jewels and are the responsibility of the recipient.
