Can I Request a Return?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, ClassyGold Jewels offers a 14-day return window for online orders, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Please note that items purchased during promotional periods, exclusive campaigns, or flash sales are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchanges.
Custom-made or special-order items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In-Store Exchange Policy
For purchases made in-store, we are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of purchase, provided a valid receipt is presented at any ClassyGold Jewels showroom.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with all accompanying documentation. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by any jeweler other than ClassyGold Jewels will not be accepted and may incur additional charges.
If your item was accompanied by a diamond grading report, the original report must be returned together with the item. Replacement report fees will apply if the original document is missing.
Custom-made or special-order items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Please note:
- Engraving fees are non-refundable
- A removal fee will apply if engraving needs to be removed for an exchange
- For engagement rings, a setting change will incur an administrative fee starting from $165, covering stone resetting and re-polishing of the original setting
Online Return & Exchange Policy
For online purchases, we accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Returns must reach us within 14 calendar days of delivery (Singapore & international orders)
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and documentation
- Return shipping and insurance costs are borne by the customer
If your item includes a diamond grading report, it must be returned together with the product. Missing reports will result in replacement charges.
To speed up an exchange, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Refund processing may take up to two weeks.
If your order arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery or contact us immediately. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five (5) days of receipt. ClassyGold Jewels is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

How Do I Return My Item(s)?
Option 1: Return at Our Showroom (Free)
- Securely package your item in its original packaging
- Include all documentation, including diamond reports if applicable
- Visit any ClassyGold Jewels showroom within 14 days of delivery
- Our Jewelry Consultant will assist with your return or exchange
Option 2: Mail Your Return
- Initiate your return
Contact our customer care team to receive a return authorization code and instructions. - Arrange shipping & insurance
You may use your preferred courier. We strongly recommend fully insuring your parcel for the original purchase value. Return shipping and insurance costs are the customer’s responsibility. - Package securely
- Use original packaging
- Clearly write your return code on the outer box
- Include all required documents
- For security reasons, do not write “ClassyGold Jewels” on the exterior of the parcel
How Long Does Return Processing Take?
Once your return is received, you will receive a confirmation email. Our quality assurance team will inspect the item before processing.
Returns are typically processed within 14 business days (excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays). You will be notified via email once the process is complete.
